Our Probate and Estate Administration Practice
We work closely with executors, administrators and personal representatives, as well as heirs, handling all matters required to successfully take an estate through the probate process. We will prepare and file all documents required by the probate court, from the application to probate the will to the final disposition. We will also act as your advocate in all hearings or proceedings involved in the process. If there is property that must be re-titled, we will help you change the ownership.
We take care of all the details throughout the probate process, including:
- the preparation and submission of an inventory of the assets of the estate.
