Our Practice
We represent individuals throughout the Mid-County area who have legal concerns involving:
- Divorce. We handle all matters related to or arising out of divorce, from child custody and visitation to child support, and from alimony/spousal support to the division of marital debts and assets.

- Adoption. We represent individuals and families in proceedings involving private adoptions, relative adoptions and stepparent adoptions. We prepare all the necessary documentation and act as your intermediary in any dealings with birth parents, agencies and the courts.
- Probate and estate administration. We will help you successfully navigate the probate process and settle the estate of a loved one.
We also represent people in criminal proceedings and personal injury claims.
Our Staff
Attorney Wiedenfeld is supported in all matters by two highly skilled paralegals: Tanya Busch and Tina Kyler. Tanya has a master's degree in Science Education and is a member of the Southeast Texas Association of Paralegals. Tina has an associate's degree of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and is also a member of the Southeast Texas Association of Paralegals.
